  I’ve been using the Drain Chief for years now. The bad news is I have to call a plumber, the good news is finding someone you can trust! Not only is Mario trustworthy, but he shows up on time and has years of experience doing all kinds of plumbing jobs. Lets face it, no one likes to call a plumber, particularly out of the yellow pages or from Google. You always feel like your being taken for a ride. With Mario, the Drain Chief, I’ve never felt like that. He’s a good man, we always have a laugh and I can refer him confidently to friends and know he’ll do a great job.

  We can’t all be smart enough to be experts at everything. But we can be smart enough to employ the best people for the job at hand. Mario is not the cheapest, and he is far from being the most expensive. He prices his jobs fairly and takes care of business. What more can we ask for? I gladly and confidently recommend his services.

  I needed to replace my kitchen faucet as it was starting to leak. Mario called me about 20 minutes after I sent my message via yelp. He was available the next day and gave me an estimate over the phone.

  Mario and Sam came on time and I’m really happy with the job that was done. Really nice guys and would definitely recommend!

  We had two toilets and a shower that backed up. Mario was on-time, efficient, reasonably priced, and took the time to warmly greet my elderly parents. He did a thorough job of cleaning the sewer drain and explained what was wrong with our sewer pipes. He also explained the pros and cons of the various preventative measures.

  Finally found My Plumbler!  Mario is the BEST.  Honest, reliable, awesome at what he does.  REASONABLE prices.  Suggests what’s best for me and not what’s best for him.  Suggests options starting with the cheapest.  Has done numerous projects for me and each time I’m more impressed, more confident that this is my plumbler!  Toilet replacement.  Suggested only what I needed.  Nothing more.  Back upped kitchen sink.  No issues.
  2 non-draining bathroom sinks with issues.  Piece of cake.  Could have started with the most expensive option, like other plumbers I’ve used, but no.  Started with easiest/cheapest and we crossed our fingers!!  Success!!  Mario is the absolute BEST!!   I’m proud to call Mario  MY PLUMBER!!  I can’t recommend him enough.  The ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

  I’m writing this within seconds of Mario leaving the house. He was incredible. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Five stars is not enough. I actually said to him that I’m kinna suspicious of anyone with five stars but he deserves every single one of the great reviews on here. He worked very hard to avoid taking the job to a much more expensive level. Ended up saving me a packet and got the problem sorted out very efficiently. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about him. He’ll be my go to guy from now on.

  My kitchen sink as backing up and my attempt to snake it out was a failure, so I called The Drain Chief. I’m glad I did! Mario was at my house in about an hour and got right to work on it. The big professional snake did the trick. I appreciated Mario’s professionalism, friendly manner and most of all, his honesty. Highly recommended!

  Mario is by far the best Plummer I have ever hired! We have been using the drain chief for about 5 years now and wouldn’t have it any other way! He’s affordable and knows his stuff! He’s reliable and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy Plummer.

  Great service and on time, also picks up after he’s done with the job make sure his messis cleaned up cleaner than it was when he got there.

  Whenever I have a plumbing issue , I will always call The Drain Chief. I have been a customer for many many years. Mario is reliable, honest, knowledgeable and the work he does is always top rate.  Mario clearly explains the work needed and is upfront with the cost. I feel his prices are extremely reasonable too.  I do not hesitate  in referring Mario to my friends and/or family. In fact, I just recently referred  Mario to a friend at work and  they were  extremely satisfied with his work and prices as well.
